The Best and Pride of Pampanga

 Pampanga is also known as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines which they proudly offers a bunch of different authentic cuisines. I have three cuisines here to make you crave and encourage you to try! 


Buro

It is an authentic dish that you must first try when you visit Pampanga. Yes, its taste and smell could be an issue for trying the dish but, it is recommended to combine it deep fried fish and vegetables. Not only on fried dishes, you can also experiment depends on your taste!


Sisig

Dish this was originated in Angeles City. Its meat is pig's head, and then boiled, grilled, fried, sliced and sent to a plate. Many people tried to recreate the original sisig of Pampanga but their sisig was undefeated and will always win your tongue and belly!


Pindang Kalabaw

Many of you are familiar of Tocino right? Yes, this is a Kapangpangan Tocino but don't forget that the original and the preserved food "Young Pork Tocino" hits differently when you tried it. It has the same process of cooking, but the kapangpangans serves it with sukang sasa.


Pampanga did not get the title Culinary Capital with nothing, trying the local cuisines makes them proud that even the stalls and lovely eateries too! If you thought that cuisine is their only pride, you've forgot that they also have the best destinations!
