Pasig City Hall Front: The Park for All

As a Taguig native who has been a student in Pasig for two years, I'd like to share with you our students' go-to location for meet-ups, practices, choreographies, and other school purposes: the front park of Pasig City Hall is always open to the public and multipurpose!

"What should we see in the park?"

This park has a large stage for announcing when officials have announcements, but it could also be used for other purposes such as dancing. There are benches to sit on every side of the park. Of course, Pasig's tagline "Clean and Green" reflects the area itself, which is full of plants and trees to keep our eyes fresh.

Let me tell you a quick story about something we did with my classmates/travel companions. Because our subject focuses on technology, cinematography, and photography, our task is to create various camera angles. We were struggling at first because we didn't know how or when to begin, but because I am a photography enthusiast, we experimented with some shots to see if they were good or bad. We tried dramatic shots as well as female empowerment body posts, and it worked!

While shooting photos, we are grateful for the Pasig Park because it provided us with the opportunity to get good shots, the weather is not harsh because the area is densely forested, and it is always open and accessible to all. We also talk about other students, you know, student stuff! I'm kidding! We're not that type of student; we just listen, do our work, and pass.

What acknowledges the park?

It's the area's uniqueness, where everyone is welcome, especially students who need a place to practice. The personnel also keep the area clean and maintained, and the students are responsible here as well; they never leave trash and keep their area clean.
